Work on a project of your choice with the help and guidance of one of our instructors on site. Explore new ways of expressing yourself through painting, drawing and collage in our beautiful, sunny studio in Union Square.

You are welcome to bring an artwork in progress or start a new project.  This is a great chance to keep creative, meet other artists, learn something new and to build an art portfolio.

$35/day Tuesdays, 2 PM - 5 PM (Routa Segal) and Wednesdays, 11 AM - 2 PM (Greg Kessler)

*Enroll in our 'Art on Tap' monthly membership ($150) for the unlimited access to the studio during the listed hours ($130 savings). Reasonable storage space for the artworks and art supplies will be provided for those enrolled in the monthly membership.

Routa Segal, the founder and creator of Creative Pier.  Routa received her professional training at New School University.  She is devoted to creating a flourishing, resilient, and creative artistic community in New York City and worldwide.

Greg Kessler, MFA, Visual Artist.  Greg has 17 years of experience as a painter.  He received a BFA from Carnegie-Mellon and a MFA from Yale.  Greg believes in the transformative power of art to re-energize, connect, and change the individual in a profound way.
