The afternoons of Saturday and Sunday, March 22nd and 23rd, 21 Grand presents a live remote broadcast as part of Neighborhood Public Radio's contribution to the Whitney Biennial. Between noon and 3pm, be part of the live studio audience for performances and conversations with local artists and musicians, including: Steve Dye, Luther Thie, Rubber (0() Cement, Jen Loy, Jet Black Hair People, Gordon Winiemko, Mark E.
